Looking for a non OEM version of W7, legit Retail COA

I'm about to decide to rebuild my computer and I really don't want to go to W10. I've got too much stuff that won't work with it and I'm perfectly happy with 7 until 2020 when the security updates stop. So if anyone that has an old 'Retail version' of W7 (not OEM) would be willing to sell me their rights to perhaps a broken W7 computer that had a legit version of Retail W7 on it, I'd be willing to buy the COA. I've got a OEM version on my current computer with the discs so all I need is the...
